Cassidy’s path into constriction management was shaped by years spent in the field and in leadership roles, including serving as Quality Control Manager, an experience that sharpened attention to detail and reinforced a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Throughout Cassidy’s career, there has been extensive involvement in commercial, residential, and multi-family construction, developing a deep understanding of both the technical and operational sides of building. Cassidy’s background combines hands-on field knowledge with management experience working alongside builders, general contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
